Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender

We know your time is valuable, and that sometimes unexpected delays and schedule adjustments occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24hrs notice. Our goal is to provide quality acupuncture services for all our clients in a timely manner. The clinics have a limited capacity so it is important for staff and patients alike that valuable clinic time is not wasted by unnecessarily late cancellations, missed appointments and no-shows. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments. This helps to keep the cost of treatment down for everyone.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on the calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. Therefore we ask that you call on 07800 648397 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient to access that appointment time.
Please call 07800 648397 between 7am and 10pm and, if necessary, leave a detailed message and we will return your call as soon as possible
Fees for Late Cancellations and No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24hrs before the appointment time. A No-Show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In each case there will be resulting cancellation fees as follows:
Late-Cancellation Charge: Half the cost of the appointment (£26 for a regular Treatment)
No-Shows Charge: Full cost of the appointment (£52 for a regular Treatment)
For new patients' first appointments, a no-show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new patient fee (£72).
